As with any organisation we will not always get things right. We are only human and we all make mistakes, misunderstandings arise, or we may fail to provide what was promised by us.
Usually, a word with the person concerned will suffice. However, we recognise that from time to time there may be occasions when people feel that we have fallen short of what they could reasonably expect. We want to know about these occasions so that we can make good the problem and plan to avoid its repetition.
